Schools and coaches

The Academy Manager runs your club's tennis school: training programs, students, trainers, billing, and equipment. Enable it by setting your Club type to Academy in Club Admin → General, then manage everything under Club Admin → Academy Manager.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives a quick overview of active programs, students, pending invoices, and expired documents, with shortcuts into each area.

Programs and schedule

Programs are the groups students train in — each has its own schedule, price, and training timetable.

Use Schedule to see training sessions across all programs at a glance.

Students and trainers

• Students — manage student profiles, subscriptions, and status
• Trainers — manage coach accounts assigned to programs

Finance

• Coach hours — log hours worked per coach and program, used for payroll
• Billing — track invoices, payments, and send payment reminders to parents/students

Resources

• Medical — track medical certificates, their expiry dates, and document statuses
• Equipment — assign equipment to students and track when it's returned
