Your account
Your SportyPlus account is one account for every club: the same login works at all of them.
Editing your profile
Your picture menu → Edit profile. You can change your photo, name, email, sex, date of birth, country, town, address and phone number. Save changes appears once you've changed something.
Change the app's language from the flag in the menu (Change language), or on the login page.
Logging in and passwords
- Forgot your password? on the login page emails you a link to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
- To change your password while signed in: Edit profile → Change password.
- If you signed up with Apple, Google or Microsoft and have no password yet, Connected accounts offers Set a password.
Passkeys
A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. Add one under your picture menu → Sign-in and security → Passkeys → Add a passkey. Sign in with a passkey is available in the phone apps and on my.sporty.plus; on a club's own web address the app sends you to my.sporty.plus to add one.
Two-factor sign-in
Under Sign-in and security → Authenticator app → Set up, scan the code with an authenticator app, enter the code, and choose Turn on. Save the recovery codes it shows you. From then on the app asks for a code after your password; if you don't have your phone, use Use a recovery code.
Logging out
Your picture menu → Log out.
Connected accounts
Your picture menu → Connected accounts shows:
- the Apple, Google or Microsoft accounts you can sign in with — Connect or Disconnect;
- your DUPR account;
- your saved card.
Notifications
Notifications → Edit lets you switch each type of notification on or off, separately for push and email and per club. Reset to default undoes your changes. Invoices, payment requests and password resets are always emailed.
Privacy
Edit profile → Privacy settings decides whether your profile is public and whether others can see your name, email, phone and date of birth. Set it for all clubs, or use Customize for this club.
Leaving a club
Tap the × next to the club in the menu, or Edit profile → List of clubs you are a member of → Unsubscribe. Your account stays; you're just no longer a member of that club.
Deleting your account
Edit profile → Permanently delete profile, then confirm. This removes your SportyPlus profile for every club.
