Booking a court
Your club decides which courts you can book, how far ahead, for how long, and what it costs. The app shows you what your membership allows.
Finding a free court
Open Court Booking from the menu or the home page.
- Change the day with the date at the top, the arrows, or by swiping.
- Switch the view between In detail, Day and Week. In the week view choose Show by days or Show by court.
- Free slots are marked Available, taken ones Booked. Show price list shows the club's price list if it has published one.
- A video icon next to a court means it has a camera for match recording.
- If the club has several locations, pick one first.
Prefer to start from the time? Book a time slot lists the free times for a day; pick a time, then Choose a court.
Making a booking
- Tap the free slots you want on a court — each shows its price — then tap Next.
- Booking options: add the people you're playing with.
- Add a partner to the reservation searches the club's members; people you've played with recently are listed first.
- For couples lets you book as a doubles pair.
- Add guest adds someone who isn't a member, with their name and email.
- Book for the competition links the booking to a league or tournament match.
- Some memberships require a partner: the app says You must add a player to the reservation.
- Confirmation: check the court, date, time and Total price, and how long you can still cancel (Possibility of cancellation). You can add a Remark, and the club may offer Products and services to add, such as match recording.
- Choose Book (or Book and pay if your membership requires paying upfront). You'll see Court booked successfully.
Booking rules you may run into
These come from your club and your membership:
- Length: courts are booked in 30, 60 or 90-minute slots. You may see You can't book just 30 minutes., One reservation can be a maximum of 2 hours., or a rule that you must book exactly 90 consecutive minutes.
- No gaps: some clubs don't allow a booking that leaves a 30-minute gap nobody else can use (A court booking cannot leave a 30-minute gap.). Close to the start time this rule may be lifted.
- How far ahead: the calendar stops at your membership's limit: Your membership … allows booking … days in advance.
- How many at once: your membership may limit how many active bookings you can hold; the confirmation shows your current total.
- Courts members can't book: some courts are for staff or certain memberships only; you'll see Reservation not possible.
Repeating bookings
If your membership lets you book more than two weeks ahead, the confirmation step offers Recurring time slot: repeat By day between two dates or By number of weeks, Every week or Every other week. Only slots that are free are booked.
Paying for a booking
If your club takes payments in the app, you choose how to pay after booking. You'll see only the options your club offers:
- Card — pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you have a saved card it is used automatically (Paying with Visa ···· 4242, with Change to use another). A card processing fee may apply; the app tells you if it does.
- Wallet — pay from your prepaid balance at the club. Older versions of the app call it eInvoice.
- Credits — use your membership's free minutes. The app shows how many minutes the booking takes and how many you have.
Pay later leaves the booking unpaid; you can pay from My reservations with Pay. If your membership requires paying upfront, there is no Pay later: a booking that isn't paid within the time the app shows is cancelled automatically.
Splitting the cost
When booking with others, you may be able to choose Pay everything or Pay your share. Your partners get a notification with their share. If they don't pay by the deadline, the amount you authorised is charged.
Some clubs also let you leave open seats on a booking. Other members can take them from the court calendar, or you can share an invite link with Invite players; whoever joins pays their share.
When a payment fails
- Your card was declined. Try again or change your card. — try again or use another card.
- You don't have enough funds to pay your bill. — your wallet balance is too low; top it up or pay by card.
- If a payment went wrong and money was taken, use Report a payment problem or Report a problem.
Your bookings
My reservations (from your picture menu, or the home widget) lists your bookings under Active and Past. Tap one to open it on the court calendar.
From a booking you can Add player, Send a message to the other players, and — if your club allows it — Enter the result afterwards.
You can't move a booking to another time yourself: cancel it and book again, or ask the club.
Sync your bookings to your calendar
Your bookings can appear in the calendar app on your phone or computer, and keep themselves up to date there. A new booking shows up, one the club moves is moved, and a cancelled one disappears. Each one has the court, the club's address and who is playing. Bookings you play in or coach are included; past ones stay for 30 days.
Choose Sync with calendar in My reservations or on the bookings card on your home screen. The app gives you your own private link and three ways to use it:
- Add to Google Calendar opens Google Calendar with the link filled in. Confirm with Add. This also works for the Google Calendar app on Android, once it has synced.
- Add to Apple Calendar opens the Calendar app on an iPhone, iPad or Mac. Confirm with Subscribe. Not offered on Android.
- Copy subscription link is for Outlook and any other calendar. Paste the link where the calendar lets you add one from the internet. In Outlook, that's Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
Your calendar checks for changes on its own schedule, so a change can take a while to appear. Apple Calendar and Outlook let you choose how often in the calendar's settings. Google Calendar decides for itself and can take several hours.
Keep the link to yourself. Anyone who has it can see your bookings. If you shared it by mistake, choose Create a new link: calendars using the old link stop updating, and you add the new one the same way.
Cancelling a booking
Choose Cancel reservation (or Cancel on the booking) and confirm. To cancel several at once, use Mark all in My reservations.
- Only the person who made the booking can cancel it.
- You can cancel up to the deadline your membership sets. After it, the app says cancellation is no longer possible — contact the club.
- School and training-group sessions can't be cancelled by members.
What happens to the money: free minutes go back to your balance; a card payment that the club hasn't collected yet is released on your card; a paid booking is otherwise refunded to your wallet at the club, and the app tells you so before you confirm. For any other refund, use Report a problem and choose your club.
Extras
- Match recording. On courts with a camera, the booking may offer Record your match. Every player in the booking gets the recording in the app under My recordings, where you can download or share it. You can also allow the recording to be used for AI analysis.
- Door code and lights. At clubs with access control, the app shows a Door opening code after you book, also on the home page. Clubs with remote lights or locks show an Access Control box with buttons that work around your booking time.
- Waiting list. If a slot is taken and your club allows it, Notify me if it becomes available. tells you when it frees up.
- Weather. For outdoor courts the calendar warns when rain is likely.
- Find a partner. Find a player! lets you post an ad for a match — linked to a booking you already have, or as an open ad — and accept the players who sign up.
