Memberships and payments

How members buy a membership, top up and use their club wallet, save a card, find invoices, and buy from the club shop.

Prices, payment methods and what each membership includes are set by your club. The app only shows what your club offers.

Memberships

Memberships (from the home page or the club's menu) lists the memberships your club sells. Each card shows what it includes, for example:

  • the price, a Trial period, a Registration fee or Deposit;
  • how many days ahead you can book, how late you can cancel, and how many active bookings you can hold;
  • a member discount, access hours, and whether you pay for bookings online;
  • for family memberships, how many people it covers.

Open a membership to see its full description and its Payment options — for example monthly or yearly, with any Initial fee or Security deposit and what is Due today.

Buying a membership

  1. Choose Buy on the payment option you want. (If there is no Buy button, your club sells it at the club, not in the app.)
  2. Choose how to pay: Card or Wallet.
  3. Under For, choose yourself (Me) or a family member. A family membership lets you tick the others it Also covers.
  4. Check the Total price and choose Pay.

When it's done you'll see You have successfully activated your membership. Your membership and its dates appear on the home page under Your membership.

Some memberships include free minutes for booking courts. Your balance is shown on your profile (Available free minutes) and you spend them by choosing Credits when you pay for a booking.

When a membership ends, you usually go back to the club's basic membership. Renewing, changing or cancelling a membership is done with the club.

Wallet

Many clubs give members a prepaid wallet (older versions of the app call it eInvoice). You top it up and then pay for bookings, memberships and shop items from it. Refunds for cancelled bookings also go back into it.

  • Balance and history: your wallet balance is on the home page and on your profile under Finance. Tap it to see every transaction, filtered by Top-ups and Payments, with the balance before each one.
  • Top up: choose Deposit into account, enter the amount (the club may set a minimum), add a note if you like, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or your card.
  • Several clubs: each club has its own wallet. Money in one club's wallet can't be spent at another.

If the app says You don't have a wallet at this club., your club doesn't use wallets or hasn't opened one for you — ask the club.

Saved card

You can save one card and use it at every SportyPlus club. Go to your picture menu → Connected accounts → Saved card → Add.

  • The saved card is used for court bookings, wallet top-ups and paying your share of a booking.
  • Change replaces it; Remove deletes it (you'll then enter a card the next time you pay by card).
  • Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment (3-D Secure); confirm it when the app asks.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay can be used for single payments but can't be saved as the card.

Invoices

Your invoices are on your profile under Finance → Invoices. You can filter them by date and payment type. Each shows whether it is Paid, Unpaid or a Draft. Open one to see the details and choose Download PDF invoice.

Invoices are also emailed to you after you pay.

The club shop

If your club sells products in the app — balls, rackets, tickets, rentals — they appear under Products on the home page.

  1. Open a product and choose Buy (Sold out means none are left).
  2. Choose the quantity, and who it is For if you are buying for a family member.
  3. Pay by card or from your wallet.

Your purchases are under My orders in your picture menu. For a paid membership or ticket you bought for your family, Who is it for? lets you hand it to yourself, a child or your partner.
