Family and children

My family in your picture menu is where you manage your children and your partner.

Adding a child

• Add a child creates a profile you manage: first name, last name, date of birth and sex, and optionally an email. Without an email, you manage the profile and the child can't sign in.
• Link an existing account connects to a child who already has an account: enter their email and choose Send request. They accept it in their own app.

Children appear with Managed by you or Waiting for approval. From each child you can open their Academy page, edit their details, or remove them.

The age of 16

Children under 16 can't create an account on their own: the sign-up form asks for a parent or guardian's email, and the account opens once the guardian approves it. As a parent you can edit a child's profile while you manage it or while they are under 16.

Linking your partner

Link your partner connects two adult accounts. You can then buy for each other and share a family membership.

Requests from others — to be a child's parent or guardian, or your partner — appear on the same page with Accept and Reject.

Paying for your family

• Buying for someone: when you buy a membership or a shop item, choose the family member under For. A family membership lets you tick everyone it covers.
• Paying a child's orders: the To pay section lists your children's unpaid orders. Choose Pay, pick whose name the invoice is made out to — yours or the child's — and pay by card or from your wallet. The order stays the child's.
• Handing over a purchase: under My orders, Who is it for? assigns a membership or ticket you bought to yourself, a child or your partner.

A child's page

Open a child to see:

• Programs they're enrolled in and Paid until;
• their Trainings;
• their invoices, paid and unpaid;
• Medical documents — upload a medical certificate, vaccination record or sports physical;
• Equipment.

School and academy groups

Coaches and the club put players into school or academy groups; members can't enrol themselves in the app. Contact the club to join a group.

If you or your child is in a group, its page shows the coach, the Training schedule, Group messages and Group members. My profile in the group shows your attendance (Arrivals), payments, and the coach's notes and reports. Attendance is recorded by the coach.
