Season tickets
A season ticket is one purchase that covers a set of your events, such as every home match of a season. The holder gets:
- A ticket to each event, in the same seat every time when the events have numbered seats.
- Membership perks for the season, if you link a membership plan. For example, holders can book courts earlier, pay less for courts, or get free court hours until the season ends.
How it fits together
- Create the events first. A season ticket covers events that already exist. For numbered seats, every event must use the same seating plan.
- Create the season ticket. Choose its dates, its events, and what it costs for each kind of holder.
- Optionally link a membership plan. Holders get that plan for the season, on top of the membership they already have.
- Members buy it on your website or in the app.
- Each holder gets an ordinary ticket to every event, with its own QR code.
- The ticket is scanned at the door as usual, and the door screen shows that it comes from a season ticket.

Go to Website → Events → Season tickets and choose New season ticket.

Seating
Choose how holders are seated:
- Open admission: holders get into each event without a seat. Set How many to sell, or leave it empty for no limit.
- Numbered seats: choose the Seating plan. Each holder picks a seat on the plan and keeps it at every event. Standing areas on the plan are sold as places, the same way.
Events
Under Choose events, tick the events the season ticket covers. Only your own events within the season's dates are listed. For numbered seats, each event must use the season ticket's seating plan. Saving refuses any event that doesn't.
You can add and remove events later:
- Adding an event gives everyone who already holds the season ticket a ticket to it, in their seat. If any of their seats are already sold to someone else at that event, saving is refused and names those seats. Move or refund those tickets first, or leave that event out.
- Removing an event cancels holders' tickets to it, unless the ticket has already been used.
Ticket types and prices
Ticket types work as they do for numbered seats. For each type, such as Adult, Child under 12 or Member, set:
- Who may buy it: Anyone, By age (checked at the door) or Members of the plans you choose (checked at checkout).
- Per full-price ticket: the most of this type allowed per full-price ticket in one order.
- Shown at the door: a short word the door screen shows, such as CHILD.
Then set the Prices:
- Numbered seats: a row per zone of the plan and a column per ticket type.
- Open admission: one price per ticket type.
Enter 0 for free, or leave a cell empty where that type isn't sold in that zone.
Each price becomes a product that appears on orders and invoices by name, such as Season ticket 2026/27 · VIP · Adult. These products are kept out of your shop, so a season ticket is bought only from its own page.

Membership perks
Linking a membership plan is how you give season ticket holders extra perks. Use one of your existing plans, or create a plan for it, such as Season ticket holder. You don't have to sell that plan on its own.
When someone buys the season ticket, they become a member of that plan from the day they buy until the season ends.
- It doesn't replace their own membership. A member who already has a plan keeps it. The season plan comes on top of it, and only for the season.
- Where the two plans differ, the better rule for the member applies, rule by rule:
| Rule | What applies |
|---|---|
| How far ahead they can book, how many bookings they can make | The longer window and the higher limit |
| Which courts they can book | Every court either plan allows |
| How late they can book or cancel | The shorter notice |
| Must pay by card, must add a playing partner | Only if both plans require it |
| Court prices | The season plan's price where it has one for that court and time; otherwise their own plan's price |
| Free court hours | Each plan's free hours, separately |
| Member-only prices and competitions | Either plan counts |
- When the season ends, the season plan ends with it. The member keeps their own membership. A holder who had no membership of their own goes back to your club's basic membership.
- Lists and receipts still show the member's own plan. The season plan is never shown as their membership.
What buyers see
Season tickets on sale are listed at /season-tickets on your website. Covered events also show a link to them, as does your memberships page when the season ticket includes a membership. The season ticket's page lists the events it covers, its prices, and the membership it includes.
To buy, members sign in and choose Buy season ticket:
- Numbered seats: they tap free seats on the map, or use Find me the best seats to pick a zone and how many of each type. A seat counts as free only if it is free at every upcoming event of the season.
- Open admission: they choose how many of each ticket type.
- For (on the website): they can buy for themselves, one of their children or their partner. The season ticket, its tickets and its perks belong to that person.
Continue to payment holds the seats for 30 minutes while they pay on the usual payment page. In the app, members buy the same way, except that they always buy for themselves.
After paying, the member finds a ticket to each event under My tickets, each marked with the season ticket's name, and the season ticket itself in a Season tickets section. They can give a single event's ticket to a friend as usual. The season ticket, its seat and its perks stay theirs.
Holders
Open the season ticket and choose Holders to see everyone who has bought it: the holder, ticket type, seat, how many events they have attended, and how many tickets they have given away. Choose Show cancelled to see cancelled ones too.
Cancelling a season ticket
Choose Cancel on a holder to cancel their season ticket:
- Their tickets to events that haven't happened yet are cancelled, which frees their seat at each of those events.
- The season membership ends now. Free court hours they already used are not taken back.
- Tickets already used, and past events, stay as they were.
Cancelling does not refund the payment. Refund the order as you would any other.
At the door
Each event ticket from a season ticket is scanned like any other ticket. The door screen shows the seat, with Season in front of the ticket type, and a Season ticket line with its name.
Deleting a season ticket
A season ticket can be deleted only until the first one is sold. After that, unpublish it to stop selling it. Holders keep their tickets and perks.
